The owner's binding undertakings
The owners will take reasonable steps for the maintenance and the preservation of the character of the Heritage Land and for securing reasonable access to the public; and agree to observe the detailed steps set out below. In connection with the monitoring of observance of the Undertakings The owners undertake that the IR Capital Taxes will be supplied yearly with a report covering details of the last preceding year's maintenance and preservation of the Heritage Land and of the record of public access to it.
