Access
Directions: North of Dartmouth and bounded by the River Dart to the East and Old Mill Creek to the South. Public Access: Along public roads, and waymarked bridlepaths, footpaths and two permissive footpaths, with mapboards to be sited at entry points to the permissive paths and elsewhere if agreed between the Countryside Agency and the owner.
The owner's binding undertakings
In respect of the land edged in red on the map attached the owner will take reasonable steps for its maintenance, repair and the preservation of the property's character and secure reasonable public access as more specifically set out in the Management Plan [A copy or summary of the plan is available from the contact]. The owner will notify the IR Capital Taxes immediately possession of the qualifying property is relinquished whether by sale, gift or otherwise. The owner will make an annual report on the maintenance, repair, preservation and record of public access to IR Capital Taxes.
