The owner's binding undertakings

To maintain, repair and preserve Pencarrow House and ancillary buildings having full regard to its historic and architectural interest including, where relevant: a. to eradicate any dry rot and wet rot and any major beetle infestation b. to repair roof and rainwater goods in permanent and suitable materials c. to repair stonework and brickwork in so far as repairs are necessary to protect the fabric of the building d. to repair or repaint or treat external woodwork where necessary e. carry out repairs found necessary to maintain the historic interiors f. not to carryout any alterations or modifications to Pencarrow House or ancillary buildings without the approval of the Historic Buildings Council.
