The owner's binding undertakings
1. To undertake with respect to the property during until it is disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise: (a) To take suitable steps for the maintenance of the land and the preservation of its character by abiding by the terms of the HMP dated March 2011and agreed with Natural England, as revised from time to time in accordance with those terms. (b) To take the following steps to secure reasonable access to the public: (i) to continue to provide a right of way from Twitchen (Lower House) along the green lane towards Lower Leworthy Wood and onwards to join the Wheatclose Cross - Whitepost Road along the route shown in purple on the attached Exmoor National Park Authority map and to co-operate with the Exmoor National Park Authority in the construction of and in way-marking and signposting this right of way.
