Directions: The Estate is located approximately midway between Mere in Wiltshire and Frome in Somerset, some six miles distant from each on the B3092. Access to the Estate is by public and permissive roads, lanes, footpaths and bridleways as shown on the map. ACCESS: Bradley House may be viewed at any reasonable time throughout the year by prior appointment

To take reasonable steps for the maintenance of the land and the preservation of its character and for the maintenance repair and preservation of Bradley House and for securing reasonable access to the public.
