Directions: 3 miles south-west of Chelmsford. On public footpaths and bridleways and over Mill Green Common as shown on the map.

The owner of the property undertakes that reasonable steps will be taken for the maintenance of the land and the preservation of its character and for securing reasonable access to the public. The owner agrees to observe the terms and conditions of the Heritage Landscape Management Plan including the detailed guidelines for the woodland management.
