Directions: Between Harleston and Bungay. Take the B1062 from the A143. ACCESS - SAME EACH YEAR: Hall: 1 May - 30 September: Guided tours every Thursdays: 2.00pm, Sunday & Bank Holiday Monday: 3.00pm. Access to the farm and the Minster is available at all times.

The owner's binding undertakings

To take all reasonable steps to maintain South Elmham Hall and land and to maintain and preserve its character, and to secure reasonable access to the public. In particular to take all reasonable steps i. to maintain, repair and preserve South Elmham Hall having full regard to its historic and architectural interest including where necessary: a. to eradicate any dry and wet rot and any major beetle infestation; b. to repair roofs and rainwater goods in permanent and suitable materials; c. to repair stonework (in appropriate matching stone) and brickwork in so far as repairs are necessary to protect the fabric of the building; d. to carry out repairs necessary to maintain the historic interiors; ii. to allow 28 days open access to the interior of the Hall and to the site of the Minster remains; iii. to advertise public access by means of an entry in a suitable national publication…
