The owner's binding undertakings
i) Until the person beneficially entitled to the property dies or the property is disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise, reasonable steps will be taken for its maintenance and the preservation of its character and for securing reasonable access for the public in pursuance of which we will abide by the terms of the Lulworth Landscape Management Plan up in conjunction with the Countryside Agency. ii) In addition to the steps at (i) above the owners shall publicise the terms of the undertaking by:- (a) Providing, at no more than reasonable cost, a copy of the undertaking omitting our names, to any member of the public who requests it. (b) Providing for the Revenue's use details of how the public may obtain copies of the terms of the undertaking as at (a) above, and keeping the Revenue informed of any change in these particulars.
