To fulfil all statutory responsibilities on existing rights of way which will be managed and waymarked in accordance with any recommendation of the local highway authority or the Countryside Agency or its agents. 2. To permit the existing de facto access to Eggardon Hill to continue. 3. To agree to any guided walks or nature trails which the Dorset Naturalists Trust offer through the land under its management and to afford any necessary access thereto.
