The owner's binding undertakings
The owners undertake that until death or until the Chattels or any part of them are disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise, the owners shall take reasonable steps for the maintenance repair and preservation of the Chattels and to keep them associated with Audley End, and public access to the Chattels will be given when the House is opened to the public by English Heritage. The owners undertake to publicise the terms of the undertaking by: a) providing, at no more than reasonable cost, a copy of the undertaking, omitting the owners names, to any member of the public on request; b) providing, for the Revenue's use, details of how the public may obtain copies of the terms of the undertaking, and keeping the Revenue informed of any changes to these particulars; c) Providing a copy of the terms of the undertaking, with the owners names omitted, for publication by the Inland Reve…
