The owner's binding undertakings
1. To take reasonable steps to maintain repair and preserve the property specified on the map having full regard to the historic and architectural interest, including where necessary, having regard to the age and character of the building, to repair and keep in substantial repair and condition all buildings now or hereafter erected up on the demised premises and all additions thereto and all sewers and drains boundary walls and fences. 2.
