Directions: Take the Llangorse Road past Bwlch, after 1/4 mile take left hand turning towards Pennorth, continue for 1 mile. Access to the house & surrounding land on at least 30 days each year including public holidays from May to September inclusive. Open: Easter to 31 August: Monday - Tuesday, 10am - 4.30pm.

The owner's binding undertakings
The owner undertakes to take reasonable steps: 1. to maintain, repair and preserve Trebinshwn House having full regard to its outstanding architectural and historic interests and in particular a. to repair roofs and rainwater channels in permanent and suitable materials b. to eradicate any dry and wet rot and any major beetle infestation c. to repair stonework and brickwork in so far as repairs are necessary to protect the fabric of the building d. to repair and repaint or treat external woodwork e. to carry out repairs necessary to maintain the historic interiors f. not to carry out any alterations or modifications to the Home without the approval of the CADW. 2. to maintain and preserve the land that is essential for the preservation of the character and amenities of the House. 3. to grant the public access to the House and surrounding amenity land on at least 30 days per annu…
