Directions: Approximately 12km west of Norwich and 12km east of Dereham, between the villages of East Tuddenham and Honingham, off the A47. Access is all year round by public footpath. Footpaths are shown on the map. Additionally there is open access to the Hall gardens and park on 4 days per annum.

The owner's binding undertakings

1. The owners of the land edged red on the map undertake as follows: i. to take all reasonable steps for its maintenance and the preservation of its character and for securing reasonable access to the public in pursuance of which they will abide by the terms of the Heritage Management Plan drawn up in January 2002 in conjunction with The Countryside Agency, in so far as this Management Plan applies to the property; ii. In addition to the steps at (i) above they will publicise the terms of the Undertaking by: (a) providing, at no more than reasonable cost, a copy of the Undertaking, omitting names, to any member of the public on request; (b) providing for the Inland Revenue's use details of how the public may obtain copies of the terms of the Undertaking, and keeping the Inland Revenue informed of any change to these particulars; (c) providing a copy of the terms of the Undertaking, …
