The owner's binding undertakings
To take reasonable steps to maintain repair and preserve the Property having full regard to its historic and architectural interest, including where necessary a) eradicating any dry and wet rot and any major beetle infestation; b) repairing roofs and rainwater goods in permanent and suitable materials; c) repairing stonework in appropriate matching stone and brickwork, in so far as repairs are necessary to protect the fabric of the building; d) repairing and repainting or treating external woodwork; e) carrying out repairs necessary to maintain the historic interiors; To allow public access to Cornwall House for a minimum of 25 days each year during the Spring and Summer months,10 of such days to be at weekends, including the Spring and Summer Bank Holidays. To notify the Capital Taxes Office on or before 31st October each year what these dates are to be for the following year. Thi…
