Rights of way and permissive paths as per the map. Spring Access to the gardens of Delamore House and Mount Wood on 4 days at weekends during the snowdrop season.
The owner's binding undertakings
1. To undertake: i) to take reasonable steps for its maintenance and the preservation of its character including: (i) within 24 months of designation to prepare a Heritage Management Plan to the satisfaction of the Countryside Agency and English Heritage in accordance with the Countryside Agency's guidance for the preparation of such plans and the said plan will be revised and updated every five years.
