1. (a) to keep it permanently in the United Kingdom and not to remove it temporarily except for a purpose and a period approved by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC); (b) to take reasonable steps for its preservation; (c) to take the following steps to secure reasonable access to the public: (i) to allow the public to view each of the pictures without a prior appointment for not less than one month each year (or for not less than three months in every period of three years) at a suitable art gallery which opens to the public; (ii) to provide such access during the period of three years to the end of 2008 by means of a loan of each of the pictures to Dulwich Picture Gallery ("Dulwich") between 11 October 2006 to 11 February 2007 ("the loan"); (iii) to seek to make arrangements ("comparable arrangements") which may be similar in terms to the loan, either with Dulwich or with another comparab…
