The owner's binding undertakings
To undertake until the Property or any part of it is disposed of, whether by sale or gilt or otherwise: 1. to take reasonable steps for the maintenance repair and preservation of the Property and the preservation if its character and to secure reasonable access to the public; 2. in particular, to take the detailed steps and comply with the requirements set out in Schedule 2 attached hereto; and 3. to abide by the terms of the Heritage Management Plan dated 2003; the said plan to be reviewed and revised and updated as necessary every five years.
