ARLEY HALL AND GARDENS

The Grade II* listed Hall is an important example of the Victorian Jacobean style and is set in Grade II listed gardens that have been created by generations of the same family.

The owner's binding undertakings

To maintain, repair, and preserve Arley Hall and the other buildings, having regard to their historic and architectural interest and in particular, where appropriate: a) to eradicate any dry rot, wet rot or major beetle infestation; b) to repair roofs and rainwater goods in permanent and suitable materials; c) to repair stonework and brickwork, so far as repairs are necessary to protect the fabric of the buildings; d) to repair and repaint or treat external woodwork; e) to effect repairs necessary to maintain the historic interiors.
