Open all year round on public rights of way. There is no access to the houses or buildings on the estate. Directions: Two miles south of Broadwindsor, on the B3162 between Broadwindsor and Bridport.

The owner's binding undertakings
Undertakings as under Section 31 (4) Inheritance Tax Act 1984 1. To undertake with respect to the property that during the lifetime of the owner or until it is earlier disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise: (a) To take reasonable steps to maintain the property and preserve its character including: i) within 24 months after Designation to prepare an HMP in accordance with the current edition of 'Preparing a Heritage Management Plan' in consultation with and to the reasonable satisfaction of Natural England ('the Agency'); (ii) to take the steps agreed and set out in the HMP to maintain the outstanding land and preserve its character including the buildings monuments and woodlands standing on it and to meet all relevant statutory requirements with respect to them.
