The owner's binding undertakings
1. We undertake with respect to the property and to each of the chattels that during the lifetime or until any earlier disposal whether, of all or any of the Property or of all or any of the Chattels or both, whether by sale or gift or otherwise: (a) To take the following steps for maintenance repair and preservation:- (I) To take the steps agreed and set out in the HMP dated 2017 for the maintenance repair and preservation of the property and preserve its character including contributing buildings, monuments, gardens, trees, and woodlands and to meet all statutory requirements with respect to them and each of the chattels.
