The owner's binding undertakings

1. We undertake with respect to the Collection, that during our lifetime or until it is disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise: (a) to keep the Collection, as a Collection, permanently in the United Kingdom and not to remove it temporarily except for a purpose and a period approved by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC); (b) to take reasonable steps for its preservation; (c) to take the following steps to secure reasonable access to the public (i) Open public access will be provided to The Mansion House, Cirencester Park, Cirencester on a minimum of 28 days a year or comparable multiples thereof every two or three years and by appointment at all other reasonable times. We will notify HM Revenue & Customs in October of the proposed access arrangements, as appropriate, for the coming year to allow them to be advertised as set out at 3(d) below.
