The owner's binding undertakings
1. In this document which, together with the maps, Heritage Management Plan ("HMP") and Schedule described below, is together referred to as "the Undertaking", We undertake as follows. 2. We undertake with respect to the Property until its disposal whether of all or any of the Property by sale or gift or otherwise: (a) To take the following steps for maintenance repair and preservation of the Property as follows; (i) To take the mandatory steps agreed and set out in the HMP to maintain the outstanding land and preserve its character including contributing buildings monuments and woodlands and to meet all relevant statutory requirements with respect to them.
