The owner's binding undertakings
1. In this document which, together with the attached schedule, and Heritage Management Plan ("the HMP" ) described below, is referred to as "the Undertaking", I undertake as follows with respect to "the Property" whether of all or any of the Property, until it is disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise: 2. To take the following steps for maintenance repair and preservation: i. To take the mandatory steps agreed and set out in the HMP dated August 2024 to maintain the outstanding land and preserve its character including contributing buildings monuments and woodlands and to meet all relevant statutory requirements with respect to them. ii. To include the following specific items within the HMP: "In advance of any works likely to affect protected species, carry out relevant surveys and implement any necessary mitigation measures.
