The owner's binding undertakings
1) We undertake with respect to the Property and to each of the Objects that during our lifetime, or until any earlier disposal whether of all or any of the Property or of all or any of the Objects or both, whether by sale or gift or otherwise: a) To take the following steps for maintenance repair and preservation:- i) To take the steps agreed and set out in the HMP and CMP, for the maintenance, repair and preservation of the property and preserve its character including contributing buildings, monuments, gardens, trees, and woodlands and to meet all statutory requirements with respect to them and each of the Objects. ii) To include in the HMP a requirement to agree a mechanism for identifying when a protected species survey may be required; for example for any works likely to affect protected species such as bats.
