BELL COPPICE
A tract of semi natural woodland and associated meadows which is part of the Wyre Forest SSSI and National Nature Reserve.
Access
Directions: Near Cleobury Mortimer, Worcester. As the area is sensitive in view of its scientific interest permits to enter the land must be obtained from English Nature who are the leaseholders of the property (see contact details). The number of permits available may be limited. There are also Rights of Way in Bell Coppice (on the map) which are waymarked in accordance with the recommendations of the local highway authority and any guidelines issued by the Countryside Agency.
The owner's binding undertakings
To undertake reasonable steps for the maintenance of the land, preservation of its character and for securing reasonable access to the public. To undertake to observe the management conditions required by English Nature. To undertake to observe the conditions regarding public access and related matters. To undertake to send an annual report giving details of the year's maintenance and preservation of the land and the record of public access to Inland Revenue Capital Taxes. To notify Inland Revenue Capital Taxes immediately possession of the land is relinquished whether by sale, gift or otherwise.
