The owner's binding undertakings

The owner undertakes that until the property is disposed of, whether by sale or gift or otherwise, reasonable steps will be taken for the maintenance and repair of the property, preservation of its character and for securing reasonable access to the public. They further undertake:- 1. to eradicate any dry and wet rot and any major beetle infestation. 2. to repair roofs and rainwater goods in permanent and suitable materials. 3. to repair stonework (in appropriate matching natural stone) and brickwork insofar as repairs are necessary to protect the fabric of the building. 4. to repair and repaint or treat external woodwork. 5. to carry out repairs necessary to maintain the historic interiors. 6. to permit public access to NUNWELL HOUSE on 28 days per annum. 7. to send an annual report to IR Capital Taxes giving details of the year's maintenance and preservation of the property and…
