A fine Georgian house designed by Peter Atkinson. Begun in 1804, its outstanding feature is an oval entrance hall with a fine cantilevered stone staircase curving past an impressive Venetian window.

The owner's binding undertakings

(a) to take all reasonable steps for its maintenance, repair and preservation, and for securing reasonable access to the public, in pursuance of which we will abide by the terms of the Heritage Management Plan drawn up in November 2004 in conjunction with English Heritage and the Countryside Agency, and take the following steps for maintenance, repair and preservation: i. to take the steps set out in the Plan for the maintenance repair and preservation of Brockfield Hall, having full regard to its historic and architectural interest.
