This undertaking relates to the following property: i) Ferniehirst Castle and the Chapel ii) The land edged red on the map and the pair of semi-detached cottages thereon iii) The following portraits: Sir Thomas Kerr - Scottish School Lady Kerr - Scottish School Lord and Lady Jedburgh - Schuneman Earl of Ancram - Blyenberch Sir William Kerr, 3rd Earl - Circle of Robert Peake of Lothian (The Red Boy) The owners undertake that reasonable steps will be taken for the maintenance, repair and preservation of the property and for keeping the above portraits associated with Ferniehirst Castle and for securing reasonable public access, such steps to include the following: 1.
