The owner's binding undertakings
1. The owners of the land edged in red on the attached map ('the property') have applied for designation under section 31(1)(b) Inheritance Tax Act 1984 ('the 1984 Act') for the purpose of Paragraph 3(1), Schedule 4 to the 1984 Act. 2. In this document which, together with the map, the Report and the Heritage Landscape Management Plan referred to below, are collectively referred to as 'the Undertaking'.
