The owner's binding undertakings
i) To take reasonable steps maintenance and the preservation of the properties character and for securing reasonable access for the public in pursuance of which with the Countryside Agency, English Nature and the Lake District National Park a Management plan will be drawn up by consultants appointed by the Countryside Agency and to observe the requirements, objectives and limitations contained in the said plan insofar as they relate to and affect the property. ii) In addition to the steps at (i) above we shall publicise the terms of the undertaking by:- (a) Providing, at no more than reasonable cost, a copy of the undertaking omitting our names, to any member of the public who requests it. (b) Providing for the Revenue's use details of how the public may obtain copies of the terms of the undertaking as at (a) above, and keeping the Revenue informed of any change in these particulars. …
