The owner's binding undertakings

(i) to take all reasonable steps for its maintenance, repair and preservation, having full regard to its architectural and historic interest, including where necessary a. the eradication of any wet and dry rot and any major beetle infestation b. the repair of roofs and any rainwater goods in permanent and suitable materials c. the repair of stonework (in appropriate matching stone) and brickwork in so far as repairs are necessary to protect the fabric of the building d. the repair and repainting or treating of external woodwork e. such repairs as are necessary to protect the historic interiors. (ii) to allow public access to the Hall and land on 28 days per annum during the summer months, as follows: 2002: May and August Bank Holiday weekends and weekdays from 28th May to 26th June inclusive.
