The owner's binding undertakings
The principal undertakings given by the owner in respect of the chattels are to take reasonable steps for the maintenance repair and preservation of the Chattels and the preservation of their character, and to keep the Chattels associated with Penrhyn Castle, and public access to the Chattels will be given when the Castle is opened to the public by the National Trust. To undertake to publicise the terms of the undertaking by: a) providing, at no more than reasonable cost, a copy of the undertaking, omitting the owners names, to any member of the public on request; b) providing, for the Revenue's use, details of how the public may obtain copies of the terms of the undertaking, and keeping the Revenue informed of any changes to these particulars; c) providing a copy of the terms of the undertaking, with our names omitted, for publication by the Inland Revenue in whole or in part and wi…
