Access
Open access subject to highways and public rights of way. A leaflet illustrating these and some circular walks is available at a cost of 20p from the church in Wormshill village. They are also shown on a noticeboard on the village green.
The owner's binding undertakings
The owners have undertaken: i) to take reasonable steps for the maintenance repair and preservation of the property and the preservation of its character, and to secure reasonable access to the public. In particular, to comply with the requirements set out in the Wormshill Estate Heritage Landscape Management Plan; this Plan to be revised and updated every five years in conjunction with the Countryside Agency; ii) to publicise this access by providing a leaflet and map/board in the village of Wormshill; In addition to the steps at (i) and (ii) above to publicise the terms of the undertaking by: a) providing, at no more than reasonable cost, a copy of the undertaking, omitting our names, to any member of the public on request; b) providing, for the Revenue's use, details of how the public may obtain copies of the terms of the undertaking, and keeping the Revenue informed of any chang…
