The owner's binding undertakings
To undertake that until the Chattels or any part of them are disposed of reasonable steps will be taken for their maintenance repair and preservation of them and to keep them associated with Chirk Castle, and public access to the Chattels will be given by displaying them in rooms open to the public when the Castle is itself open to the public by the National Trust. To publicise the terms of the undertaking by: a) providing, at no more than reasonable cost, a copy of the undertaking, omitting my name, to any member of the public on request; b) providing, for the Revenue's use, details of how the public may obtain copies of the terms of the undertaking, and keeping the Revenue informed of any changes to these particulars; c) providing a copy of the terms of the undertaking, with my name omitted, for publication by the Inland Revenue in whole or in part and with any adaptation of format…
