The owner's binding undertakings

(i) That until the property is disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise, reasonable steps will be taken for its maintenance and the preservation of its character and for securing reasonable access. To this end a Heritage Landscape Management Plan will be agreed with the Countryside Agency and English Heritage within 24 months. (ii) To maintain the current level of public access outlined on the map and not make any amendment to it without the prior agreement of the Countryside Agency.
