The owner's binding undertakings
a. to take reasonable steps for the maintenance, repair and preservation of the property, including: (i) within 24 months to prepare a Heritage Management Plan to the satisfaction of English Heritage and the Countryside Agency in accordance with the Countryside Agency's guidance for the preparation of such plans.
