The owner's binding undertakings

1. Reasonable steps will be taken for its maintenance and the preservation of its character, and for securing reasonable access to the public. 2. Further (a) To allow reasonable access at all times to the existing network of definitive public footpaths and bridleways; and (b) To prepare and abide by a Heritage Management Plan for the land to the satisfaction of the Countryside Agency, English Heritage, and English Nature within twenty-four months of the date of designation, the said Plan to be prepared in accordance with guidance issued for the preparation of such plans by the Countryside Agency, the said Plan to be revised and updated every five years. (c) To take the following steps to publicise the terms of the undertaking: (i) to allow reasonable details of the arrangements, including where and when access is available, to be published by the Inland Revenue ("IR") on its website…
