The owner's binding undertakings
To undertake in respect of the property until it is disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise: (a) To take reasonable steps to maintain the property and preserve its character including: (i) Within 24 months after designation to prepare a Heritage Management Plan ('HMP') in accordance with the current edition of the publication 'Preparing a Heritage Management Plan' in consultation with and to the reasonable satisfaction of Natural England and English Heritage (the agencies); (ii) To take the steps set out in the HMP for the maintenance repair and preservation of the contributing buildings listed in schedule 1 having full regard to their historic and architectural interest.
