The owner's binding undertakings
1. To undertake with respect to the property Riverhill during my lifetime or until it is earlier disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise: (a) To take reasonable steps to maintain the property and preserve its character including: i) to prepare an Heritage Management Plan in accordance with the current edition of the Countryside Agency's publication "Preparing a Heritage Management Plan" in consultation with and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Countryside Agency, English Heritage and English Nature ("the agencies"); ii) to take the steps agreed and set out in the HMP to maintain the property and preserve its character including all curtilage buildings.
