1 I undertake with respect to the Property that during my lifetime or until any earlier disposal whether of all or any of the Property, whether by sale or gift or otherwise: a To take the following steps for maintenance repair and preservation: i To take the mandatory steps set out in Appendix F of the HMP dated May 2014 for the maintenance repair and preservation of Preston Tower and the amenity land having full regard to its historic and architectural interest.
