The owner's binding undertakings
1 We undertake with respect to each of the Objects that until any disposal whether of all or of the Objects, whether by sale or gift or otherwise: i. To keep each of the Objects at or otherwise associated with Weston Park and, where necessary managing the environment of the rooms in which they are located. ii. During the fourth year after designation, and thereafter each year prior to a formal site inspection, checking the inventory and taking into account any changes in location &c. and submitting this to HMRC Heritage in order to enable their advisory agency inspectors to readily identify the Objects which are conditionally exempted and provide a report on their preservation. (a) To take reasonable steps to maintain, repair and preserve the historically associated objects and to manage the environment of the rooms in which they are located to secure their preservation.
