The owner's binding undertakings
1 We undertake with respect to the Silver that during our lifetimes or until any earlier disposal whether by sale or gift or otherwise: a To take the following steps for maintenance repair and preservation: i To take steps for the maintenance repair and preservation of the Silver having full regard to their historic interest to Cadhay. This will include steps where necessary: " to carry out repairs necessary to maintain the historic interiors; and " to carry out any conservation repair necessary to the Silver and keep them in an appropriate environment. 1.
