The owner's binding undertakings
With reference to Stoke Park House the owner has undertaken a. to eradicate any dry rot and wet rot and any major beetle infestation; b. to repair roofs and rainwater pipes in permanent and suitable materials; c. to repair any stonework (in appropriate matching stone) and brickwork in so far as repairs are necessary to protect the fabric of the building; d. to repair and repaint or treat external woodwork; e. to carry out repairs necessary to maintain the historic interior. With reference to the land edged in red on the plan, together with the buildings thereon (excluding the Gardener's Bungalow), the owner has undertaken a. to repair the pilasters on the pavilions in consultation with the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission; b. to leave bat roosts in so far as these are to be found on the property, undisturbed; c. to allow public access on 28 days per annum to the exter…
