HAMPDEN ESTATE

Located in central Buckinghamshire between the historic villages of Prestwoodand Great Missenden to the east with the town of Princes Risborough lying immeditaly to the west. The area is a mix of extensive broadleafed and mixed woodland set within a farmed landscape. The countryside is a patchwork created by mixed agriculural use located in valleys and set within a network of hedged fields, with the woodland predominently on the high ground. This results in countryside which is diverse, stimulating and of outstanding scenic interest. The area is entirely within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB).
