Pradoe
is a particularly complete and well documented smaller country estate of the late Georgian period. It lies about four miles southeast of Oswestry, only a few miles from the Welsh border. It has been owned and occupied by the Kenyon Family since 1803. Pradoe Hall is Grade II* listed and set within beautiful gardens and parkland. Visitors will be able to view furniture, paintings and other decorative fine arts as well as books, maps and manuscripts in the Library & Dining Room associated with the Kenyon family.
Access
To the gardens and outbuildings on the property and to the designated ground floor interior of Pradoe Hall on at least 28 days per annum during the period April to October commencing spring 2022. Such days to include the Spring and Summer Bank Holidays and 10 days to fall at weekends ("the access days"). To the park throughout the year by keeping open the existing rights of way Directions: Situated off the A5 approx. 4 miles southeast of Oswestry. Take the Holyhead Road off A5 towards West Felton. After 50 yards, take first right hand turn signposted 'Pradoe Church, Weirbrook & Elbridge'. After first house on left (the lodge) enter white gates and follow drive for half a mile to the house.

The owner's binding undertakings
1. I undertake that during my lifetime or until the property is earlier disposed of whether by sale, gift or otherwise, i. I will take all reasonable steps for the maintenance of the land edged in red on the map and the preservation of its character and the maintenance, repair and preservation of the property, having full regard to its architectural and historic interest, including where necessary: a. the eradication of any wet and dry rot and any major beetle infestation b. the repair of roofs and any rainwater goods in permanent and suitable materials c. the repair of stonework (in appropriate matching stone) and brickwork in so far as repairs are necessary to protect the fabric of the building d. the repair and repainting and treating of external woodwork e. such repairs as are necessary to protect the historic interiors of Pradoe f. review within 24 months after designation th…
