The owner's binding undertakings
1. In this document, which together with the attached map, Schedule, and Heritage Management Plan ("the HMP") described below is referred to as "the Undertaking", we undertake that until all or any of the Property is disposed of, by sale, gift or otherwise: a. To take the following steps for maintenance, repair, and preservation: i.
