The owner's binding undertakings
1 I undertake with respect to each of the objects until my death or it is earlier disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise (i) To take reasonable steps set out in the schedule for its maintenance repair and preservation and to keep it associated with Browsholme Hall. (ii) To take reasonable steps to secure open public access to on at least 28 days per annum between April and September including 10 days at weekends and bank holidays it by placing it on display when Browsholme Hall is open to the public. (iii) To publicise the access by: o advertising at the property by placing a notice at its entrance indicating its opening arrangements o placing advertisements in the local press and in the local tourist board offices and in at least one national publication such as Hudson's Historic Houses and Gardens.
