The owner's binding undertakings
1 In this document which together with the attached plan and the Heritage Management Plan described below is referred to as "the Undertaking", we undertake as follows with respect to all or any of the Property, until it is disposed of whether by sale or gift or otherwise: 2(a)to take the following steps for maintenance, repair and preservation: (i) to take the mandatory steps agreed and set out in the Cobham Park Heritage Management Plan 2024 (the HMP) and any subsequent approved iterations to maintain the outstanding land and preserve its character including contributing buildings, monuments, and woodlands and to meet all relevant statutory requirements with respect to them, (ii) to take the necessary maintenance required to bring the outbuildings at Down Farm into satisfactory condition within three years of the giving of this Undertaking, (iii) in addition to obtaining any statuto…
