The owner's binding undertakings
The owners of the part of the Invergeldie Estate edged in green and blue on the annexed map, undertake that reasonable steps will be taken for the maintenance of the property preservation of its character and for securing reasonable access to the public. 1. With reference to the northern section of the land, edged in blue on the annexed map, we further undertake: i. to ensure that the land be managed only in connection with the traditional land uses of hill farming, grouse-shooting or deer stalking; ii. to permit access to the land by Scottish Natural Heritage staff and bona fide research workers on request, at all times except when shooting and deer stalking operations are in progress; iii. not to encourage public access to this part of the property; iv. to refrain from any of the listed operations under the SSSI notification procedure and from seeking compensation in terms of 'pro…
