The public may view the collection without prior appointment by two guided tours a day at Brechin Castle, Brechin, Angus DD9 6SG between the months of May and September for a minimum of 25 days, at least 10 of which will be at weekends. The owner's binding undertakings

1. to keep the Collection permanently in the United Kingdom and not to remove it temporarily except for a purpose and a period approved by the Inland Revenue; 2. to take reasonable steps for its preservation both as a Collection and each of its constituents; and 3. to take the following steps to secure reasonable public access: (i) the public shall be given access to the Collection as a collection by two guided tours a day at Brechin Castle, Brechin, Angus DD9 6SG between the months of May and September for a minimum of 25 days, at least 10 of which will be at weekends and by appointment at all other times.
